Know our inspiration

Born with an enthusiastic and philanthropic spirit, managing to conquer all life hurdles and claiming success for her name, Ms. Sreevidhya Santhosh began her voyage to growth at a very young age. At the age of 23, she earned herself the title of ‘The Youngest Indian female to head a radio station.’ She played an essential role in the establishment, hiring, and setting up processes of FM Radio stations across Kerala. She was also the State Head of the first Government Women Empowerment Finishing School of the State of Kerala. Admiring the success that Ms. Sreevidhya achieved in a short period, many looked up to her for advice and guidance. And in the best possible way, Ms. Sreevidhya has always advocated the importance of developing a good skill set along with academic excellence.

Therefore, when Ms. Sreevidhya set on an entrepreneurial journey after working with various domains in Government and Corporates, she was clear about how she wanted to benefit society. And that was to guide and inspire people to the right career and equip them to make informed career choices. Taking it as her calling, she launched ‘Calibri Training & Development LLC’ in the heart of UAE. And since then, Ms. Sreevidhya has grown to be a globally acclaimed Career Expert, Life Coach, and Entrepreneur.
